Terms & Conditions

1. Reservation & Booking

All reservations are subject to availability. A valid booking confirmation will be sent to you via email or phone once the reservation is successfully completed. Guests must provide accurate personal information at the time of booking.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request and is subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.

3. Payment Terms

Full payment or an advance deposit may be required at the time of booking. Remaining balance, if any, must be settled at the time of check-in. We accept cash, UPI, credit cards, and debit cards.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the check-in date will receive a full refund minus any processing fees. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in or no-shows are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

5. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully and follow all hotel rules. Any form of illegal activity, harassment, or damage to hotel property will result in immediate eviction without refund. Guests will be held financially responsible for any damages caused during their stay.

6. Liability

KESHARINANDAN HOTEL shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings of guests. We strongly recommend using the in-room safe or depositing valuables at the front desk. The hotel is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters or government mandates.

7. Pets

Pets are not allowed inside the hotel premises unless prior written permission has been granted by the management. Service animals accompanying guests with disabilities are always welcome.

8. Use of Facilities

All hotel facilities including restaurants, parking, Wi-Fi, and amenities are provided on an as-is basis. The hotel reserves the right to limit or restrict access to any facility for maintenance, safety, or operational reasons without prior notice.

9. Modifications to Terms

KESHARINANDAN HOTEL reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat, India.
