1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are applicable only for cancellations made within the specified time frame as mentioned below. Bookings made through third-party platforms (e.g., MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Booking.com) are subject to the respective platform's refund policies.
2. Cancellation & Refund Timeline
More than 72 hours before check-in: Full refund will be processed minus a nominal processing fee.
48 to 72 hours before check-in: 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
Less than 48 hours before check-in or No-Show: No refund will be provided.
3. How Refunds Are Processed
Refunds will be initiated within 3–5 business days after the cancellation request is approved. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Please allow an additional 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Modification Instead of Cancellation
Guests may request a date modification instead of cancellation, subject to room availability. Date modifications made more than 48 hours before the original check-in date will not incur any charges. Modifications within 48 hours may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking.
5. Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or any situation beyond the control of the hotel, KESHARINANDAN HOTEL reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings. In such cases, a full refund or a future stay credit will be offered at the guest's preference.
6. Partial Stays
If a guest chooses to check out before the scheduled departure date, no refund will be provided for the unused portion of the stay. Early departure is treated as a no-show for the remaining nights.
7. Disputes & Complaints
If you believe your refund has been incorrectly processed or delayed beyond the stated timeline, please contact our front desk or email us with your booking reference number. We will investigate and resolve the matter within 7 business days.
8. Policy Changes
KESHARINANDAN HOTEL reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The revised policy will be effective immediately upon being posted on this page.
